GoogleParis Cowlard, our lettings agent from Jacksons Wandsworth, has been extremely helpful and professional whilst helping us search for our new flat. She was always on the ball, answering our many questions and showing us around different properties to help us find the one. After narrowly missing out on our first find she let us know immediately when a new flat became available and got us in to view it the same day. She knew exactly what we were after, and this resulted in us putting in an offer straight after viewing. GoogleJacksons really pulled it out of the bag. After giving our criteria list, they started to show us places that hit the nail on the head; some properties that had just hit the market and no dodgy places that were £300 over budget as a 'punt' as other agents had done previously. Our experience of letting agents up to this point was being on the end of multiple viewings booked at the same time - so much that it felt like a cattle auction.. James at Jacksons was a breath of fresh air - his calm manner and knowledge on the properties was fantastic and with no cross bookings, the whole experience felt very personal. GoogleI started looking for rentals to move to the Wandsworth area with my partner and with the help of Paris, this has been quite an easy and smooth process. She has been highly responsive to my questions and emails, and has been extremely helpful with her suggestions and letting us do a virtual viewing prior going to SW London to do the viewing in person. GoogleIn the year since I’ve moved to London I have met countless pushy, uninterested and frankly rude estate agents both as individuals and the agencies themselves. Happily Paris and her manager, Abbe of Jackson’s (Wandsworth) bucked that trend. They have both been professional while also being genuinely friendly and chatty on a human level. Their communication between us and our landlord-to-be has been clear and informative at all times and they’ve made an otherwise stressful situation as pleasant as possible. If you want honest opinions and professional support from people who will also take the time to learn about you, have a laugh and give local insights to their area, I recommend getting in touch with them.
