GoogleYou should avoid renting any property through this Agent. They simply do not know what they are doing and they do not communicate. The staff are unresponsive and incompetent.
May I suggest you thoroughly familiarise yourself with events at 83 Totterdown Road which is one of the properties you are supposed to "manage"! It is a situation which is not going away. The landlords and your team have let the tenants down in a most dreadful fashion and now you are trying to rip them off! Shameful.
Sadly no contact. No response or even acknowledgement to follow up email requesting further information and clarification. A phone call revealed that your colleague who had been the point of contact has gone on annual leave! Apparently nobody else was familiar with the situation saying "we know nothing about this"! No hand over. No message saying she was going on annual leave. Really very unprofessional!

GoogleOne word: Avoid (Letting office - Tooting)
If I could give Jacksons Tooting a 0 star rating I would.
From beginning to end as a landlord with Jacksons since 2019, every interaction with the Jacksons Tooting office has been shocking for the past 2 years. They are happy to promise over the odds on a rental valuation or provide good service when attempting to renew you as a landlord. But when it comes to delivering on the basics of Landlord service - such as serving notice to the tenant or acting on a request to end a tenancy (and starting a checking out process) - they do nothing or worse, make promises and then change their story to avoid taking responsibility. Emails are ignored / not acted upon. There are glimmers of good service in the property management team - but they are let down by poor management and lack of clear handover between the letting/sales negotiators and the administration team.
Take your Letting business to any other agency on the High Street - or frankly, do it yourself.

Timi from Jacksons Tooting changed our perceptions very quickly from day 1. We were extremely impressed by the properties offered for rental that accommodated our needs in every facet to what we requested . We signed our first viewed property with this agency and we still receiving the high level service after the let was agreed through quick turnaround on our enquiries to accommodating us after hours to measure the floor spaces for our furniture.
