Having had my flat on the market for nearly a year I switched agents to Jacksons. Within two weeks the team had organised a number of viewings one of which went on to purchase the flat. From then on my point of contact, Kadeem, kept me up to speed with each stage of the process and even visited the property to allow trades access in my absence. Excellent professional service which got the results I wanted - can't ask for more than that!

We have received an absolutely superb service from Elle-Mai throughout our time dealing with Jacksons. From my initial enquiry through to the viewings, I absolutely couldn't fault the service or ask for anymore! As someone who has been looking for a property for a long time, our requirements and requests were actually genuinely listened to, and rather than being shown a whole heap of random properties which didn't fit our requirements, everything Elle-Mai showed us ticked the boxes which was hugely valuable and appreciated. Although we haven't made any purchases just yet, I've no doubt the service would be sublime if we were to go down that route. A huge thanks!

He is always available, hard worker, really helpful and comprehensive during the whole process we went through. It was a great experience to meet Mr. Richard Adedeji. He is a kind estate agent who has helped me a lot to find the perfect place to stay.
