I'm currently in the process of looking for a property to buy and Jacksons have consistently been one of the better agencies I've dealt with. In particular I've had multiple viewings with Dulcie who has been friendly, professional and (most importantly) knowledgeable about the properties I've asked to see, which unfortunately isn't guaranteed in this sector! So far so good with the sale of our apartment through Jacksons in Tooting. Having shopped around I found the Team at Jacksons to be highly professional and their commission highly competitive. George Evans, Director, was my first point of contact really. He was gracious enough to allow me to negotiate a commission. More importantly his advice about pricing the property appropriately lead to a spate of viewings and an eventual offer at asking price. Top marks to George. Thereafter the sale has been handled commendably through Rhea Morgan. Bright, bubbly and effervescent, she has been the model intermediary in getting us to where we want to be, which is of course exchange of contracts. She has been accessible and responds to email correspondence the same day. Overall you get the sense Jacksons want to look after the interests of both the seller and the buyer in equal measure. Not much more you can ask for really. Highly recommend.
