GoogleI would give 0 stars if I could: the rudest and least professional estate agents I have ever had to deal with. They treat tenants horribly, don't have a clue about property law, never respond whilst demanding immediate email responses and never apologise for wasting their time. Despite raining complaints down on them at all seniority levels, they take no action to amend their rude and harassing ways. I wonder how they manage to sell anything if they can't even schedule viewings?

GoogleIf I could give zero stars, I would. These people are among the rudest and unprofessional estate agents I have ever seen. When popping in for viewings (for which they often do not notify us tenants as per the legal requirements), they do not even greet. They also misgendered me and my husband and mistitled us and we have still not received an apology. I would not recommend this agency if you are looking for someone polite and professional.
