Jessie has been consistently helpful, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They were very prompt when we were looking for a flat, are now being very helpful as we are moving out early and looking for new tenants. My property manager Ana Tonial is always very responsive when we need support.

GoogleTried selling a property with Jacksons. They made lots of promises but only seemed to get one or two derisory offers. In the end they were advising us to accept an offer from another local estate agent (looked up on Google)... That offer was over 10% lower than their lowest guide range when signing us up. Fed up, we left Jacksons and then signed up with another estate agency. We were able to sell with the new agent within a couple of months, at a price we could accept - a price which was much higher than what Jacksons could reach. The listing description created by Jacksons was lazy, and did not adequately describe to what was on sale or the potential. They did not seem interested in fixing this. The communication with Jacksons was also haphazard - and most of the time we did not get the promised weekly update. Getting in contact with agents was often difficult and they seemed to be giving contradictory advice, almost like they were not interested. Regretted going with them, they cost us time and money. Jacksons deserve zero stars.
