GoogleWe have been renting a property in Earlsfield for the last 3 years, managed by Jacksons. As tenants we found our property manager, Jamie Nash very approachable, professional and excellent in all communication. Problems and maintenance issues was handled in quick and efficient manner. We are very happy with having Jamie as our property manager.

GoogleI initially thought that Jacksons was different to other estate agencies. But it turns out they're not. In any other industry such poor service would put you out of business. Somehow these agencies continue to operate and multiply like bacteria, blighting the high streets. I would encourage you to avoid this one - but good luck finding any better.

GoogleRented off Jacksons for over a year. Loads of fees to start with and they tried to shaft us for £650 of our deposit at the end. After months of going through the deposit dispute service we got back 98% of our deposit back which tells you a lot about how disingenuous their claims were.
