DO NOT USE A deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. Renting out a four-bedroom home should be straightforward, but Jacksons made it painfully difficult. The manager came in all guns blazing and significantly overvalued the property. It took two weeks just to get the listing live. No viewings in the first 2 weeks. Once the price was reduced, there were a few viewings, but most were wasted, as they showed the property to sharers despite clear instructions that it must be let to a family. Communication was consistently poor, with missed appointments and a lack of follow-up. When I tried to move to a multi-agency approach to get things back on track, they refused and enforced their sole-agency contract instead of showing any flexibility or goodwill. To make matters worse, they returned the wrong key, one of the 2 wasn’t for my property. Overall, it was a shambolic process that left me with no tenants and a great deal of frustration. I won’t be using Jacksons again

Incredibly impressed by the service provided by Jackson’s. Myself and my partner were well looked after by both Jordan and Youssef. They both showed genuine interest in our property search and never made us feel pressured to put in any offers that we were not comfortable with. Jordan showed us round some properties and was extremely helpful and friendly - nothing felt like too big of an ask and he even showed us an extra impromptu property even though it would have been easy for him not to considering we had already shown significant interest in the first property. At the end of the viewings he also went as far as to drop us off closer to the tube station so that we could get home quicker. The whole process has smooth sailing from start to finish. Jackson’s you have some incredible staff. For anyone viewing this review, go for this agency!
