I recently purchased a property through Jackson’s and the reason for my 5-star review is because of Kelly Sims! Without Kelly’s determination and consistent communications with all parties involved, the purchase would not have went through as quickly as it did. I have a newborn baby so things were stressful and due to a tight turnaround of needing to vacate the property I was renting, I needed the purchase to go through as quickly as possible. Kelly was compassionate, understanding and as determined as I was for the sale to complete. Thank you Kelly, you are an asset to the office and no one is as hard working as you!

Tenants and landlords beware, Jacksons are negligent, unprofessional, and deeply irresponsible. We were called the night before check-in and told the bedroom was full of mould, and that we shouldn’t open the window to ventilate because the secondary glazing was so poorly fitted it could “take your fingers off.” This set the tone for a tenancy filled with neglect and mismanagement. Half of the flat became uninhabitable after a major leak from above. Carpets were ripped up and not replaced for 5 months, mould spread throughout the flat, and we lived with exposed nails, no bathroom lighting (we showered using torches). The broken windows were also not fixed for months. The boiler then broke mid-winter and was left unrepaired for weeks- no heating, no hot water, and both of us became ill. We received only a small token rent reduction after a long dispute. Jacksons routinely ignored urgent issues. Contractors turned up with no tools or instructions. Communication was appalling. The flat was dirty at check-in, but they still tried to charge us for professional cleaning on move-out, despite us leaving it far cleaner. This property was fully managed by Jacksons, which makes their behaviour even more alarming. Landlords: Do not trust your property management team with your asset. Their negligence and failure to act caused serious damage to the flat and significant tenant distress. Your investment is not safe in their hands. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Jordan is great!! He called me up when he found a property which was perfect for myself and my partner and provided excellent service. Unfortunately due to permissions around dogs with the leaseholder which the landlord hadn’t found out about prior to renting it out, we were unable to take on this property however Jordan was hugely apologetic and maintained really good communication throughout.
