We recently completed on the sale of our property - the Abbeville Road team - especially Drewe - worked really hard to keep everything on track. We don't actually live in the area, so managing the sale remotely meant that we had to rely on the help and goodwill of Drewe and his colleagues to facilitate access to tradespeople etc., as and when needed - this meant that we didn't have to travel to Clapham more than was absolutely necessary - which was a great help! I have just recently had to sell a property and after discussions with various local estate agents, I decided to go with Jacksons. That has probably been one of the best decisions i have ever made. The service from Jacksons was good although the condition of the property when we took occupation was far below the standard expected. Although it was agreed the property would be professionally cleaned and vacated of all possessions (apart from one wardrobe) it could not have been further from it. The kitchen was covered in layers of grime with the previous occupants kitchen utensils still in the drawers and the oven left in a disgusting condition The loft was also filled with the previous owner’s unwanted possessions and worst of all, the wardrobes were left with dirty underwear within them!
