GoogleAs a first time buyer, I started my property search with little grasp of what my ideal home looked like and it took me a lot of viewings (across many months!) to refine my criteria. Despite this, Giles from the Clapham office always remained patient and professional throughout the whole process, making sure that he was only suggesting properties that he genuinely felt could be suitable. His hard work paid off recently when we finally found my new home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Giles and Jackson's Estate Agents.

GoogleAfter speaking with several Estate Agents in Abbeville Village, I chose Jacksons as the one showing the most proactive knowledge of the local and wider market place and best placed to sell my property. Within days of the listing going live, the market rapidly became much more difficult (thanks variously to Johnson, Truss and Putin!) but I was pleased and impressed with the number of viewings they were able to achieve. Despite these undoubted difficulties they were able to delivered a Buyer with an acceptable offer and provide considerable support and assistance in converting it into a sale. Thank you, Philip and Giles, supported by Mohamad (with, I'm sure, input from other colleagues).

We have just completed a purchase today where they have been managing all three parties in the chain including us. The completion date was delayed to suit the end of the chain which means we have been chatting to these guys for months. GoogleAmir and Giles did a great job of getting the house sale over the line. I was initially impressed how many viewings they got in such a short period of time when it came to selling. But it was then the process on the other side where they stood out. It was a tricky timeline of getting the chain to work - patience was needed and they had plenty of it - but also the drive to get solicitors in line and today the sale completed - Job done!

GoogleAbove and way, WAY beyond TLDR; Giles at Jacksons provided beyond perfect service from initial viewings through to completion day, granting much-needed stability in a chaotic purchase. Firstly, Giles interpreted our requirements perfectly to suggest we see an additional property after viewing the flat I enquired about. The first flat was a miss, but his suggestion was exactly what we were looking for… I’m happy to report that a few months later I’m writing this review from my new living room! During the lengthy purchase process, Giles proved an excellent mediator and was always available to check in and assist in unblocking crucial moments. We wouldn’t have made completion on time without him. As a first time buyer the bureaucratic purchase process is extremely intimidating, but having someone like Giles in your corner makes all the difference.
