GoogleGood experience with lettings team but was disappointed with sales team in selling our flat. For example, communication was poor - felt we were continually having to chase things up as emails went unanswered. Update 31 July: thanks for acknowledging my review below but I never heard any more 3 months on

My order was given Friday afternoon and the items were received the following morning....brilliant . (I wish other Companies followed this example). GoogleMy wife and I have been working with Jacksons three times in the last year, in the Clapham area. Each time Jacksons has secured us asking price offers within a week of going to market (selling with Will & Giles in the Abbeville branch). Jacksons are by far the most professional and personable estate agents we have had the pleasure of working with. They gave us an accurate market appraisal and were very mindful and accommodating of both Covid-19 restrictions, and also our schedule having a young family. They had a great client list which mean that off-market strategy can be used, and well as traditional advertising. I highly recommend Jacksons and we will definitely be using them in future.
