Very easy process, everything is pretty much done online. Jenelle let us see our chosen flat again so we could take measurements for furniture! Very friendly and welcoming team. However, once I found my (now) apartment on RightMove and contacted Jackson’s, they made everything so easy. Namely, our absolute star of a lettings agent (Renee M). She walked us through every step of the process and (patiently) answered all of our questions (…which were many!) We cannot thank her enough for helping to secure our beautiful new apartment in Balham.
