The Tunbridge Wells branch has managed my property for several years. They have done this extremely well. The experience has been courteous and professional, staff always available; tenants have been looked after and quickly replaced once they leave; maintenance is attended to quickly with minimum fuss; and rent has been paid-on within a couple of days of receipt. This has been very reassuring as an owner. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody else.

GoogleThought their letting service was the best I came across both in terms of my recent search and from experience over 10 years of renting properties in London. So many agents seem to have little inclination to truly understand what you are looking for and often waste their clients time by showing them unsuitable properties.
However, James at Jackson Stops was got to grips quickly with what I was after and the viewing process was streamlined and effective. The process through to completion was all dealt with quickly and professionally.
