GoogleI would highly recommend the great, personal service provided by Russell and the team at Inner City Estates. They made the process of renting a new property extremely easy and straight forward. Everything was completed without any issues and any questions I had were answered quickly and knowledgeably. Overall, a first class customer service experience.

GoogleMoney grabber, lot of microscopic problems at the flat which you will not notice but they are well aware of those and when you leave after the contract they will find out those by their appointed contractors (to show they bring independent third party) and will deduct a hefty amount from your deposit. Will never recommend anyone. Score big ZERO

In response to the review left by Kazi Islam I am left somewhat bewildered as he vacated the property in July 2019 and has waited almost 2 years to post a review which is completely unfounded and misleading. The property in question had been left in an absolutely terrible state and this had been confirmed by a ckeckout report which was carried out by an independent company. The tenants had showed a complete lack of respect for the property and the landlord had to spend in excess of £4500.00 to get the property back into a fit state. The tenants were provided with all the invoices for the required repairs and accepted the deduction that was a small fraction of the amount spent by the landlord. Just like every tenancy that ends, tenants are given the opportunity to raise a dispute with the relevant deposit protection company if they feel that they are being charged unfairly however they chose not to raise any dispute probably realising that the outcome would have been far worse.

GoogleAfter having a dreadful experience with FJ Lord we were sceptical about Inner City Estates being just another estate agent. However, from my initial phone call to handing over the keys and since then, Josh and the team at Inner City have been professional, helpful and I would not hesitate to use them again.

In particular Paul who was our agent was very kind, quick to respond, and plasent to work with. We would highly recommend the agency.

GoogleLenka from Inner City Estates was very efficient and went the extra mile to help us with any queries etc. We are so pleased with our property. The only downside was a lack of available information passed on about previous tenants' wifi/gas/water companies which caused some difficulties when switching to new providers.

GoogleExcellent, In the past I have only ever had negative experiences with agents but Inner City Estates are the exception. Josh went out of his way to sort everything out for me and took care of mine and my tenants needs. I would definitely recommend them.
