They’re a hidden gem between all the other estate agents I had to deal with in London. Would recommend them to anyone.

The people behind this firm have been in this business for a good number of years before establishing this company and my dealing with them in the past were very satisfactory. They understood totally my requirements for the letting of my property and they found me a tenant within 3 days of placing the property with them at the rental I was looking for. They completed all the additional documentation that was required by the management company of my property prior to the tenant taking up occupation. The property in question had been on the market with another agent since the end of January 2017 and whilst I was constantly told that another viewing was arranged nothing firm materialized. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and particularly to Paul Goldie who dealt with this let.

I have used a number of estate agents in the passed to let out my properties, but none that compare with “Inner City Estates”. They always let me know what’s going on at every stage in the process, doing their upmost to resolve and manage any of my concerns. I still get the odd call from other Estate agents asking if I have any properties for “Let” but alway say “no or give me a call in 6 months” am truly satisfied with the service and courteousness, especially with Josh at Inner City Estate. - Highly Recommended !!
