Inner City Estates reviews

I recently worked with Lenka at Inner City Estates to secure my new home and found her to be very quick and professional. The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!

Looking for a flat in London can be a soul crushing experience. I’ve been looking for a while and was meet with dishonesty, unfairness and a general lack of good will. During the Christmas season I went to see a flat and I knew it was the one. It looked just like the pictures (to my surprise), no smells, and it was even bigger than I expected. Paul was a great agent, his prompt responses, professionalism and willingness to help was key to make this deal happen, and Inner city Estate didn’t surprise me with any hidden extra fees or unfair clauses so that was refreshing. Thank you for everything Paul!

Paul Goldie is a highly solution-oriented, fast, and meticulous estate agent. He was always responsive, well organised. We were renting for the firdt time in UK and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend him.

Lenka made the entire process of moving into our new flat extremely easy. Once we'd decided to move in we never had to think for ourselves and merely followed her clear and prompt instructions. She was also willing to be flexible with us when our respective HR departments were taking a while to provide our references. This was all massively appreciated as it was a very busy time for us both wrapping up matters in our current roles before moving into our new ones. Would highly recommend Lenka and Inner City Estates based on our experience! Thanks again Lenka!

Just completed on our house sale today after over a year of shenanigans (chasing up tenants to get access for photos, continuing to chase tenants that didn't want to leave after house was sold, support through the long legal eviction process, more photos at the house, prevaricating buyer, loss of buyer, finding new buyer...). All-in-all it was a quite stressful, but managed calmly and with aplomb by Russell of Inner City Estates, with great communication and reassurance at every step. Yes, one could say "it's all part of the job", but the way someone does their job counts and leaves a lasting impression. I cannot recommend Inner City Estates, and especially Russell in this case, highly enough!

I had the most pleasant experience renting a flat trough Paul at Inner City Estates. He was very organized and delivered everything on time. He made sure that everything was covered and discussed and that there are no surprises. He kept his word and moved things very quickly. I absolutely trust him to do a good job. I had experience with a lot of estate agents and can see why they get a bad rep but Paul is not one of them. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends.

Absolutely recommend Inner City Estates, especially Paul. I had successfully bid for an apartment, however, due to unforeseen circumstances back home, I had to withdraw my application. Paul was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. He arranged for my deposit to be returned without pressuring me into making any decisions. I would absolutely recommend Inner City Estates to my friends and acquaintances looking to rent in London.

Lenka was not only extremely professional and efficient, but also demonstrated a genuine kindness and attentiveness throughout the process. My partner and I received exceptional service from Paul Goldie at Inner City who helped us to view and now rent a new property. Our previous letting agents were awful so Paul was a breath of fresh air. He was responsive, informative, warm and very professional throughout. Our initial viewing, the referencing, tenancy signing and key collection all went so smoothly, and we're very happy with our new flat. Many thanks!

As a first time student renter, attempting to navigate the London market at a time like this can seem almost impossible. Thankfully, Inner City Estates and Paul Goldie helped me through the process. Paul was patient and answered all questions. The process was smooth and simple and I feel optimistic going forwards. Inner City Estates is definitely a diamond in the rough when it comes to London rentals. Trustworthy and highly recommended.

Paul was amazing and a very genuine and friendly man. The flat I enquired about had gone but Paul instantly came to me with a solution of a similar property. As a young girl on my own I felt really comfortable, understood and helped by him. It shouldn't even be a thing to be grateful to feel safe in a small flat being shown about by a man, but it is and I was. I was desperate to secure the flat which was within a safe block, close to a station & had outside space which all was super important to me and he made it all happen for me and was very friendly and on the ball throughout the process. Massively appreciated - use him, he will not disappoint! THANK YOU for helping me get my perfect home :)

Paul Goldie was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was on time at the viewing and provided all information I needed, but at the same time he was not pushy to get a deal there and then. After I decided to proceed with the tenancy, he was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, via both email and telephone. Before signing the contract I asked a number of questions (some quite specific) about the contract and he provided answers to all of them. Thanks Paul!

It's the third time my boyfriend and I rent a flat in London and I have to say we've been always pretty lucky, but no experience was as smooth and easy as this one, thanks to Paul from Inner City Estates. He showed me the apartment, secured it for us and proceeded with the papers: everything was very clear and the communication was always prompt and fast. The whole process was quick and easy and he helped us through with all the kind of questions!! Also, when we eventually received the keys for our new beautiful flat, he gifted us with a box full of coupons and treats (much appreciated guys) Thank you Paul!!!

Best estate agents I've dealt with in my 10+ years renting in London. Paul was so easy to deal with, prompt in his responses, made the process very clear and straightforward, and was happy to chat on the phone if it was quicker and easier. Would be very happy to recommend using Inner City Estates and Paul. Edited following end of tenancy - also a massive thanks to Diane for all her help and support during and after my tenancy - she's an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the process so much easier.
