I can highly recommend dealing with Inner City Estates and especially Paul Goldie. Paul was kind, helpful, quick to respond and very professional throughout the entire process from viewing the flat to moving in and beyond. He answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly, dealing with him was a very pleasant surprise compared to our previous experiences with estate agents in London.

Paul has been a pleasure to have as an agent. He has been helpful and supportive from the beginning and allowed us to find the wonderful apartment that we are now living in. His answers to any query were always prompt regardless of the time of day. We would highly recommend him as an agent or the agency itself for anyone looking for a convenient and efficient process.

We would like to commend Ms Lenka's professionalism and services as a property consultant. She assisted us a great deal in monitoring, communicating and coordinating with the solicitors and buyer, with regards to the progress of the sale of our property. Her updates were always prompt and any doubts or queries from us were always quickly resolved. Her dedication and diligence is commendable. We highly recommend Ms Lenka if you have a property to sell or looking to purchase one.

Inner City Estates is a rare gem in East London. Paul provided us with speedy and attentive communication, helping us to secure the perfect flat in Stratford - making our home search a successful and non-stressful experience. They also do not push rental clients into bidding wars, working on a first-come first-serve basis with initial deposits. Following our offer being accepted and moving into the property, Paul continued to be on-hand to support and advise us on anything we asked about. They also provided an incredibly thorough and impressively detailed inventory of the flat, making us feel secure that any existing damages were itemised and acknowledged. I would highly recommended for their ethical approach, friendly attitude, and excellent service!

Waste of time. I talked many times to the agent before scheduling a viewing. One day before the viewing I sent another email to ask if the time had been confirmed, the agent told me that I should have received a message with the time but I did not receive any. Finally, just 3 hours before the viewing, I was told by the agent that she had just found out that the flat is unfurnished. How can you even schedule viewings without knowing such important information about the property beforehand? No sense at all.
