GoogleWe had an extremely smooth process before our move in date. Until we moved in and found out that some of the items that were listed as KEY FEATURES were actually not something that we'd have access to. Moving into the new development, we were advised that we'd have to use a nearby building for our "key features" until our building is complete. I will add the listing, for your own judgement. The building that we have temporary access to, has and will continue to have all of the key features, we will ONLY have a gym and concierge. To move, is to uproot yourself and in this case your family. I write this, very disappointed because everything else was smooth except for this blatant false advertisement, listed as KEY FEATURES. I called, to get clarification, because upon our arrival, we were told that our building will not have such options, ever, and that we will only have access to the other building until our building's gym is ready, and not after. When I called, I spoke to a rep that answered kindly, as usual. When I told her of what I had been told, to my surprise, she began to speak over me, advise me that my "husband was told this" at the viewing (which she wasn't at by the way), etc. I asked her directly of each "key feature" individually, asked her, had he been told that two of the four "onsite key features" would not be available? She then said that she's sure her colleague advised my husband. (Although before she said he was told "at the viewing"). I expressed my disappointment, we pursued this listing based on THEIR description, based on being advised that the KEY FEATURES and the "ON SITE" services/options that are not currently available, will be available. It is very unfortunate as we were especially excited about our new home, especially because of the options that we will not have. It's a beautiful area, beautiful home, but stop the false advertisement, it's not right and it's unnecessary. ***RESPONSE TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER* I have seen your response and when time allows, I will respond thoroughly. For now, I will simply ask you, why make updates to the ad, removing the very things that I pointed out, after my complaint? And after we've already moved in....Quite unusual if you, as you stated, "strongly disagree that any miss selling or misrepresentation of advertising has taken place". In response to this review, I would strongly disagree that any miss selling or misrepresentation of advertising has taken place. When the property was originally advertised, we were advised by the actual property developers that all residents moving into the new buildings at Kidbrooke Park Road would be able to use on site facilities including concierge service, gymnasium and swimming pool. These were located directly opposite at Blackheath Village Concierge. We were aware that when construction of the new buildings had been completed, a new concierge and gymnasium would be opened for the new residents and at this stage the use of the swimming pool would finish. However the developers were unable to provide any completion dates at this stage. I would like to make clear that everything was explained to the viewer in depth, both whilst inside the property and then again after the viewing, when the location of temporary facilities were pointed out to him. I must also point out that the ‘reviewer’ was not present at the time of the viewing and the applicant attended the viewing alone. I have since spoken to him and he has confirmed that he was fully aware of the situation and that everything was transparent. He also said that in light of our conversation, he would be happy to ask the ‘reviewer’ to remove the negative review and it would be much appreciated if you could organize this with immediate effect. We take great pride in our honesty and the way we conduct business, hence why we have an excellent reputation in the industry.

GoogleLenka at Inner City Estates helped me finalise a super nice studio Apartment, the whole process was smooth and well documented in the contract. Lenka helped me throughout even in her out of office hours and went beyond managing the move in date a day before, upon my request. I would totally recommend their services.

GoogleInner City estates found us the perfect flat to rent, Josh was excellent in helping us through the long and sometimes stressful process of moving in, he kept us up to date with everything going on and was always avalible to talk if we had any questions. GoogleI saw a beautiful house in Rightmove with not bad price. I call straight away and I spoke with Lenka she was very helpful and friendly. We saw the house in same day. And all process was efficient and very smooth really to many papers needed but in the end it was worth and we are happy with new house!!! I recommend with confidence

GoogleDo not use Inner City Estates! From start to finish we were treated with little respect and they and the landlord only ever cared about making money whilst treating the tenants terribly. We had numerous issues throughout our stay including a time with no functioning toilet where we were instructed to 'use the bath'. All in all, a very bad experience and would encourage anybody looking for a place to stay to look elsewhere.

We as you are aware had no control over the situation as all repairs were done through the block management company . We at no time advised you to use the bath and have emails to back this up . Strange how you say we never treated you with any respect when we actually have have an email from you mentioning that our customer services department were in your words clear and understanding . Also you forgot to mention in your review that the landlord compensated you three times with an amount of £611. Your review i feel is very unfair and your comment about us advising you to use the bath is in fact libellous .

GoogleDean was fantastic to deal with, he was really friendly and helpful when showing us the property, and we were accepted within hours after putting in our offer thanks to his efficiency. He offered to sort out any problems we had with the flat prior to moving in, which doesn't happen with many agencies. We love our new flat!
