GoogleThe Iglu team were very professional and accommodating all throughout. They are quick to respond to e-mails and can easily be contacted via phone as well. They are able to adjust with last minute changes in viewing bookings and are able to answer questions that we have. The properties they have as well are well chosen.

GoogleI've been a property developer for almost 25 years now and have always used agents to find tenants for me. I have found most of the larger National agents tend to just go through the motions of trying to get a tenant and i have been left with some real problems. Therefore I thought I'd try a local independent. I had a few recommendations from friends in the same line of business but found Adrian to be totally on the ball and also totally trustworthy. He's attention to detail on the reference side was spot on and he's years in the industry shine through. I have now let all my properties through Iglu and am pleased with the quality of tenants. I will definitely be using them again.

GoogleWe was in the fortunate position to buy the house of our dream, without the need to sell our current home. We felt that selling, although easy, would not be the best option. So we began the daunting task of renting out the property. Being the first time we rented a property we had little knowledge on how to proceed. One of our friend recommend Iglu. Adrian took time and effort explaining everything we needed to know about the process and putting our mid at rest by explaining the service included insurance and rent guarantee. I feel completely comfortable with Iglu looking after the property we have lived in and loved for so many years and would highly recommend their service.

GoogleI've used a good few of these types of agents over the years with varying success and customer experience but met Adrian through a mutual friend a while ago and after an informal chat with him, I was quite struck with his refreshing and honest approach to letting! Decided to go ahead and put my trust and investment in his hands and haven't regretted it one single bit. Iglu Property have fantastic, on-going customer care and attention to detail with integrity, a seldom seen set of values these days. Top marks and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's comparing local companies.
