I recently had the pleasure of working with Iglu, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience especially thanks to Omer. Adrian and Omer were excellent when renting my house in Loughton: very responsive and organised. I would definitely recommend Iglu! In addition, we have now used the Iglu team to advertise and rent the property to new tenants and they have been excellent from start to finish. Very responsive, polite and proactive and they managed to get new tenants in swiftly and efficiently. Adrian is the godsend estate agent, renting a property out couldn't be easier with him. Three months ago we rented a flat trough Iglu Property management. Through all the proces Omer and Adrian were very supportive, and made this experience smooth and easy. Few days ago the boiler in the property stopped working unfortunately these things happens. We contacted the agency around 9am and at 13pm on the same day the problem was sorted. I had never heard of Iglu until we decided to find a new place to rent, but I'm so glad we did find them! We have two cats and finding a landlord who would accept them is very rare. So when I spoke to Adrian and mentioned the cats, not only did he ring the LL while I was on the line to check, he squeezed us in at very short notice for a viewing. He was very professional throughout, and we decided within the hour to take the flat. Omer then took over the next step regarding the tenancy requirements, and he was very prompt keeping us up to date with everything. We even got the keys a couple of days before our tenancy started so we could put things in motion. Iglu is a small but very tightly and efficiently run ship, and I'd highly recommend them.....though the one let down is the football team Adrian supports! But no one is perfect 😊

Adrian the owner of Iglu property . I found to be very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He found a tenant for the property I wanted to let within a few days. He was very honest with the renovations that were needed to attract possible tenants in my property to bring it up to date. This was uncomplicated as it could possibly be, as he has a team of contractors he can call upon, to do any types of repairs or jobs in the property. So basically you can leave everything to Adrian and his team, from finding prospective tenants to any jobs that need doing in or around the house no matter how big or small. A friend recommended Adrian after we finished a stressful two bedroom flat renovation. We weren’t looking forward to the stress of finding a tenant, but Adrian made the process so simple and easy for us. Hi I just ended up tenancy with Adrian.Not coz i wanted it but we needed to get a bigger property as we have a little one on board now.Having Adrian as a landlord was a pleasure in it's purest.During tenancy i can't remember to have any problems with as we simply had none with him.When our fridge freezer broke down we had next one on the next day in the property.Any property issues i had in the property been dealt with straight away.There was no unexpected visits and always had at least 24h notice about anyone like gas inspection services beeing booked in for our property.Most of the easy going landlord i had a pleasure dealing with.I had to give Adrian a 2 months notice prior to moving out but even then he proved he is good as gold.I found i really nice property but it was ready to move in almost immidietly so i asked Adrian can we do something about it and guess what...?He allow me do only 1 month notice for him when contract was clearly stating 2 months notice.He came up to the property next day and property was on the market in notime.I really regret that we had to leave coz he is a real deal.Thanks again for everything mate.Good luck and wish you all the best!
