Is there a letting agent that takes care of your property from the get-go whilst maintaining regular, accurate and prompt communication? Yes, it's Iglu! I enquired with them with some scepticism having had poor service by other letting companies. No business has garnered this many 5 star reviews, surely? But once you see how they work, it doesn't take long to realise their reputation is well deserved. I had a rough start being hard-done by my previous letting agent, but Omer and Adrian have managed all the problems in their stride. True professionals! I'm so glad I found them and I look forward to being a lifelong customer.

The Iglu team has been managing my property for six months now while I have been living abroad. The service has been excellent from the being of the rental (which is a very stressful time when moving overseas) to the present. I haven't had to worry about anything but also know that they are very quick to answer any questions if needed. We have rented our property through Adrian at Iglu for the last 3 years. He found the right tenant for us who has stayed in the property ever since. I found them to be very professional and always happy to help and give their expert advice on issues surrounding the property. There has never been issues with the rent. He communicates effectively through WhatsApp and emails and always send invoices for any work and financial statements on time. I have had no issues with Iglu properties since asking them to manage my property and will highly recommend them.
