GoogleDue to the weak regulation of the rental business, the letting agent Iglu glues up the customer, accumulating them in the queue of their property view in an arbitrary way. They offer DSS accepting £60'000 annual income from the guarantors and the next day increase it to £66'000 when a customer requests multiple guarantors to satisfy their requirements. The agent puts an embargo because more than two guarantors are not acceptable by the law. This banter cannot be considered when the rent hungry Guinea pig puts on their puzzle game. What a glue-up by Iglu mission possible!!

Dear Mohammed, thank you for your review and time on the phone. As discussed we 'Iglu' and other agents do not make the rules and regulations up for the criteria of affordability. These are set by the industry and controlled fundamentally by the Insurance Scheme T's and C's. I apologise if you have felt mislead but your attack on us due to the state of the Rental Market is unjust and quite frankly slander. Myself and my colleagues have only been too helpful to you and given you over an hour of our time accumulatively then you attack our business in a unprofessional manner. As discussed the only thing you will achieve here is creating a name for yourself thus not achieving your ultimate goal which is to rent a property. I would advise to remove this review.

GoogleCannot recommend this estate more!!! After dealing with multiple terrible estate agents, me and my boyfriend came across Iglu and it completely change the full process of moving for us.
They helped us find the place we dreamt of and at a very good price! Because of us are recent graduates we were unfamiliar with the process of securing a property (especially during COVID-19) we were very worried and had many questions. While other estate agents would get angry for us asking a lot of questions, Iglu was always there to help us and guide us through the process, very patient and understanding. We mostly communicated with Adrian and he was always lovely and helpful.
