I have to say wow I have been a landlord of hunters little sutton for over four years and they manage several properties for me. They have just found me a tenant in record time as one of my tenants is moving out. We'll done Gary, Lynn and Lauren who have been amazing in keeping me up dated every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble

We had problems with our initial Estate Agent who had no motivation. We were proactively approached by a Hunters agent in person and we took a chanceWithin a few days we had viewings and an acceptable offer but due to the tardiness of the first Estate agent and the tie in to their cancellation policy we lost the house we had made an offer on. We had to take our house off the market which was also due to financial restraints.Hunters very understanding. So impressed how hard they worked for us. Notably Stephen their negotiator who worked so hard. Credit to Teddy on the initiative to introduce us. Definitely would use them again

I would not recommend this agency if you want to sale your property.Didn't return my calls, after 2 days of trying someone did speak to me to advise the property was under off, when i saw the same property still being advertised I sent an email asking if the property was still under off, NO response, rude, or unprofessional.I would have given zero stars if I could.

Brilliant amazing journey with hunters trying to sell my property since 2019 was difficult due to covid then it was cash buy only property which was not easy to sale try 3 other estate agents which i was very disappointed with and were not able to go no where.happily recommend hunters FAZ JABJEET AND MIN. Were so helpful all through the process and answered all the questions i have. A big bundle of thanks to you guys from bottom of heart ♥️ honestly can’t thanks enough for all your support and effort. If i could give these f*cks Zero stars, I would. Absolute joke these lot are. Desperate for a house for over last 12 months.. Found these, Told us we had a house. Were top of list. Dragged us along for month and half saying everythings in order. Only to call us out the blue saying we didn't have it. Putting us down for other viewings for us to turn up and tell us were not booked in for viewings. Couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery.Good luck to anyone else risking it by using these.

I went to a viewing today at a flat on Chester Road in Castle Bromwich and was appalled how unprofessional it was conducted. I was offered the appointment yesterday for today at 11am. I explained I was on nights and would prefer a later viewing. I was told the landlord said 11:00 was the only time available. On arrival there were already a couple there and a couple leaving the viewing. Myself and the couple arrived and was rushed round the property. Not even reaching the stairs and another couple was also crammed into the viewings. Totally unprofessional, I wouldn’t take the property now purely because the company isn’t managed properly. Big fail.

I had a viewing booked for 5.10pm. Me and my partner arrived at 5:00 just to make sure we was there on time. We waited until about 5.30pm to finally accept that we had been forgotten about or completely disregarded. We didn’t even receive a phone call to say they couldn’t make it.To be honest I think it’s a very poor way to treat people when me and my partner have had to mess with our work schedule to make sure we could get there on time and be completely stood up. I deal with customers day in, day out as a career. I know how to treat people with respect and this is definitely not the way to do so. I guess it was just a blessing in disguise that nobody showed up for our viewing.

I'd be wary of using these, extremely unprofessional and it comes from how it's run. Sarah, the manager overvalued my property by 50k so I'd chose them, she wss very convincing and unfortunately wasted my time and effort. Absolute s*** show, they have lost me so much time, effort and money. Not to mention them slagging my house off to viewers and caught doing so on my ring door bell. The only one in there who showed any professionalism was Teddie. Unless you use him give them a very wide berth.They dont deserve 1 star

Very unprofessional. The Estate Agent came across as very leery. Which for a women on her own is very concerning. What they don't tell you is that if you withdraw the property for any reason they will charge you withdrawal fee! They should be upfront about this! Not sneaky! Unprofessional would avoid!

We used our local Hunters in Dursley. Katrina and Richard could have not been more helpful and supportive throughout the selling process. We had a lot of trouble with our solicitor but Katrina held our hand throughout and really put in a lot of work to help get our sale over the line. We are extremely grateful to her as she made a very stressful process so much more manageable. We would highly recommend Hunters, Dursley.

4 weeks ago we reported our oven broke down and until now we still haven't received a replacement. We can't make any plans for Christmas. We wanted to have a nice christmas dinner on Christmas Eve but that's like asking for the moon.

One star is too much for them. I came for a viewing on 08.07 at W4 3AA with Riff Hassain, the address which was confirmed twice: the day before and an hour before viewing. I was waiting for an hour with 6 more peoples and agency secretary replied like: will be there in 5 minutes, or she is inside of the property, she is in the car on the corner as we all called from time to time from different numbers.Nasty disgrace, I have spent time to travel and half of my Saturday on this. No-one even apologies on it, Shame to treat your clients like that

GoogleUnfortunately, had the worst experience I could never even think of during the purchase of the property. When buying a flat turned into a nightmare and when I as a buyer was treated like an insect. The agent dragged me far into the deal providing wrong information about the DSS tenant being given 6 months’ notice to move out. As I figured out later in the process the owner couldn’t get rid of the tenant and was trying to sell the flat with this issue. The agent was aware of it and never managed to present the requested proof of notice given to the tenant just as a tenancy agreement, however, was assuring me that he has seen both documents and they would be passed to my solicitors. They have never done that and even refused to at later stages but were pushy for me to start the conveyancing and order expensive searches, while it took their client (the vendor) 3 weeks to fill in the sales pack. Wondering why weren’t they chasing their client! I’ve wasted 3 months on a deal which wasn’t moving from vendors side, £1,700 on survey and solicitor fees, still think this case could be taken to the court as who will take the responsibility for this situation? 3 months into the process the agent called me asking to write a kind letter to the vendor so she considers eviction of the tenant. Wondering why would I do that and how did this come up? The woman in sales progression team was leaving notes in the system saying “tried calling buyers solicitors, left a voicemail”. It turned out to be interesting fact that my solicitors don’t even have a voicemail during the working hours. There’s always someone picking up the phone. Lost time and money. Faced an unprofessional and rude approach from agent’s side. Onboarding problematic properties is one thing but helping the buyer by selling the property with the tenant which refuses to move out and telling lies to make it happen = committing crime.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI had two main involvements with Hunters, as a landlord (over a 4 year period) and as a seller. Sarah provided an excellent service in managing the let, promptly dealing with any issues and keeping good relations with the tenant, who stayed the whole period the property was let. Meanwhile Dave gave great advice over the years regarding when might be a good time to go to market. The property was not easy to own, with many challenges in recent years, such as a change in the use of the commercial space underneath the flat and expensive external repairs. Dave gave helpful and honest opinions of what these challenges meant for the property and for my situation. The flat has now sold at a good price within the circumstances, enabling me to exit a stressful and uncertain situation. Very grateful to Dave and Sarah for all their help in managing and selling the property!

From start to finish with viewing, asking questions, getting information for Solicitors, and completion the team have been great. They’ve made me feel like no question was too silly, given me their time to view the property when needed and they have gone above and beyond in chasing information for me to enable a quick sale. Monica, Antonia and Melanie have been fantastic in helping me and very friendly and helpful. I can not fault my experience as a first time buyer.
