GoogleAbsolutely loved our viewing with Gabe. He was super personable, honest and just really down to earth. My partner and I both said it was hands down the best viewing we’ve had, especially when the whole house-buying process can feel so overwhelming. He made it feel relaxed and gave us space while still being really helpful and informative. Would genuinely recommend him and Hunters Estate & Letting Agents.

GoogleJust over a week ago I said 'yes' to a house rental being marketed through Hunters West Hampstead. The run up to Christmas isn't really the best time to sort out a house move but Hunters, specifically the 3 people I have been dealing with - Mike, Samuel and Silvia - have been fantastic and pulled out all the stops to get everything completed in time for Christmas. They have been so friendly and lovely - it's been a pleasure working through this with them. Thank you so much!

GoogleWe spoke with a few different estate agents while looking for a flat to move into, but Hunters (West Hampstead) went above and beyond. Despite our initial worry about viewing apartments during the pandemic, they were absolutely fantastic at ensuring everything was socially distanced and safe. Alfonso was incredibly proactive in updating us during the process and extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable during the viewing itself. GoogleGreat experience from start to finish with a very effective and on the pulse agent Gavin B who kept the lines of communications open during the whole process. Hunters agent had a few properties that matched my wishlist as far as location, newly designed and renovated spaces, finances and more. Once I found the right fit and produced all the documents for the credit and reference checks, the turnaround was quite fast. Very satisfied with the experience with Hunters as a letting agency ahead of move-in.

GoogleWorked with Diriye - was really attentive (keeping us updated and following after viewing) and definitely knew his stuff. Didn't end up taking a flat from him as our requirements changed, but would definitely recommend him as he stood out from a lot of the other agents we met.

GoogleI have met one of the agents Cemal, who was very kind, generous, and helpful while I was signing the contract with the flat. When I had the issue with the entrance key and I got locked inside, Cemal came right a way to help me to open the door. I really appriciated him as I was a little panic at that time. In the last 2 years we had issues with the flat and there were delay in getting service, which some agents weren’t as efficient as we have hoped to be. However, as soon as Chelsea was in charge, it has been amazing towards the end of our tenancy. She was very responsible, quick in replying to our e-mails, and giving us the service that we needed. Thank you.

GoogleI have been so impressed by the Hunters rental team from West Hampsted , in particular Armun Peerooze, in organising the rental of my Kilburn flat. As a first time land lord and living abroad Hunters have made the rental of my property so smooth and easy. The Hunters team worked sohard to find a tenant for me and kept me updated with relevent developments. Being abroad seemed to make no difference to their rental process and I really am so thankful to their hard work. THANK YOU Hunters- I can not recomment this company highly enough.

GoogleWe recently rented our 1 bed apartment through Simon Pochopien at Hunters. We managed to view 3 flats all within close proximimity of each other on a mid-week evening, and within a week had a contarct signed for one of them. The contract negotitations were quick, and Simon went out of his way to stay late in the office on the day which we collected our keys to ensure we could gain acess to the flat before the bank holiday weekend. Jaison was excellent in responding quickly and efficiently to my criteria for buying a property and really understood what I was looking for. He was always honest, reliable, punctual and available on the phone and e mail anytime and kept me informed of developments constantly. Adam Arnold is an expert in his field, not too pushy when we were first looking to purchase and understood our needs perfectly so that he only showed us properties that fit our requirements. Adam's process is seemless from initial viewings, to offer stage and right through to his level of project management from offer to completion. An invaluable resource for us as first time buyers, and i'm sure for any purchaser, no matter their level of experience. A truely professional experience, with an estate agent who goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Absolute pleasure to have worked with. We have already recommended Adam and Hunters to our friends and will continue to do so.

GoogleHunters West Hampstead were fantastic with our house sale. We dealt with three negotiators, who were all excellent in their own way. First we dealt with Michael Posner, who valued the property and arranged viewings. Michael (unlike other agents we'd used previously) was able to identify some really positive features of the flat and seemed to believe in it as a product. He managed to achieve a price 80K above our previous offer! Secondly we dealt with Gideon Gold, who knows this market inside out and as such was able to give us very sound advice about the price we should accept for the property. He was also extremely helpful in the latter stages of the sale when we were concerned the property might be selling for less than its worth as a result of the housing boom. He took the time to help us see the positives and negatives of a price change would be, so we could decide what to do. Last,(but by no means least!), we dealt with Adam Arnold. Adam's determination and perseverance in acquiring the last legal document, (without which the sale couldn't have gone through), was very impressive. He also then- at the 11th hour managed to get the buyer to change the contract slightly, so that the sale could exchange on that day. All three negotiators were fantastic and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you Hunters!

Jaison Vyas is a consummate professional who not only does a great job for vendors but brings the buyer into his confidence, ensuring that the whole process from expression of interest to completion happens seemingly without effort. Moreover, he has excellent knowledge and handy that he also knows other professionals who can provide additional help as and when needed. GoogleI would like to say a big thanks to Thomas Llewelyn who was amazingly helpful to find our new flat. Our last month really was a nightmare, I felt like there was no agency around which actually cared about what we want. Most of them did not give a call back either. Tom was really active and enthusiastic from the beginning. We checked several properties and in the end we have found our perfect new home. GoogleAvoid - these guys were a disaster throughout. My main complaint is that they bungled the negotiation with the landlord. We had agreed that council tax would be paid by the landlord, and this was in the original contract that they sent us. Then they sent a second contract, which in hindsight I should have reviewed thoroughly, but didn't as I trusted them to do their job. Long story short, they would not take responsibility and the charges landed on us. There were a number of other things that just smacked of amateur hour: Joshua forgot to drop off our keys on time, then acted like he was doing a great favour for bringing them in next morning; they had no idea where any of the supplies in the flat were and would not give direct contact to the landlord.

GoogleWe would really recommend Gideon Gold and Michael Posner at Hunters if you are looking to sell your home. Everything from start to finish was completely professional - the marketing materials looked amazing, their valuation was spot on, and we had an asking price offer within 2 days of putting our flat on the market with them. They were communicative throughout and did what they could to push the sale through when things were moving slowly. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we will definitely use them again. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleAs a commercial company we have been using Hunters for many years in renting out our portfolio of properties. We can certainly be quite demanding with our requirements so the fact we have continuously used Hunters when many agents have tried to win our business such as short term undercutting rates, speaks volumes. Whilst I have mainly dealt with Chelsea, Gideon and Kasim at Hunters West Hampstead branch and have found them to be highly professional, engaging and quick to respond to any question, other staff I have dealt with have also been excellent. I cannot recommend Hunters highly enough.

Jaison was great throughout the process and found us buyers very quickly. He always responded to our messages and calls quickly and without him we would have lost the place we wanted to buy. GoogleOne day we were browsing flats on the internet and four days later we were signing the contract to our new home having worked with Hunters in West Hampstead. Devan was professional, friendly, honest and always on hand to promptly answer any questions or concerns by phone or email. From start to finish Devan gave an outstanding service and was in our corner, fighting and negotiating for us all the way. Finding and renting houses is notoriously stressful but we found our new place with Hunters and it was not stressful at all. We have recommended Hunters to others since and will continue to do so.
