He even helped us following our viewing, once our offer had been accepted. I believe that it is partly because of him that we had such a smooth renting process.

They know the local market like palms of their hands, and know exactly how much everything is worth. True, sometimes it means you have to hear things you may not necessarily like as the owner - but on the other hand, realistically managing expectations is the best way to avoid wasted time and to get things done. GoogleI’ve been nothing but impressed when dealing with Hunters, and would definitely recommend Cory and his team (special shout outs to Alphonso as well). They’ve made the letting process incredibly easy as a landlord, sorted out practically everything for us and nothing was too big of an ask, even though I know I can be demanding sometime! Very quick response times, and really listened to what we were looking for and did not try and push us in any directions we weren’t interested in going down as so many agents tend to do. GoogleI found my new home and it wasn't actually a property through Hunters; but their customer service was excellent on my search. Studio flat hunting in London can be daunting but they made the process very easy. Clear communication. Very helpful. Honest about the property market and helpful with the negotiation process. They also cared about me finding the right fit of a property whether it was with them or not. They know how to work on behalf of both the landlords and prospective tenants interests in fair way. Pawel and Mike were very pleasant and easy to speak to. Reliable and quick to communicate. I would certainly go back to Hunters in the future.

After meeting various agents to rent a flat (I had previously rejected nice and cheaper flats because of agents), I was lucky to come across Kevin from Hunters who showed me an apartment. He was honest, professional, polite and no pressure (a rarity). He understood the landlord, the apartment and me and matched me with an apartment explicitly. He was always available, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I moved in and my experience so far with Fiora, who managed my contract has been good.

GoogleHunters was the only place where we managed to find a last minute dream apartment in the area we wanted to live in, and I have to thank Alfonso for being so welcoming and efficient with setting up a viewing the very next day we entered the agency. He has always answered our questions, and we have always felt very looked after, as if our worries and needs are important to both Alfonso and the company as a whole. Very good experience so far!

The process was tedious and relatively complex at times (conveyance issues), but we sailed through them all smoothly with an absolute diligence and high quality supervision of Max. Max is not a common agent you see out there everyday folks. He is an honest, patient, well informed and truly professional agent. GoogleJaison and Josh at Hunters did an excellent job selling our flat for us. We were with a big national company for months and they brought a parade of people through our flat, working on volumes, but not bothering to even ask any questions about the place and always giving us generic feedback. Before showing the place, Josh took his time to take notes about every idiosyncratic question that could arise during a viewing. They found a match in days after listing (Hunters photos were also great). The person who bought the place was genuinely interested and even our former neighbours are happy that Hunters found the right person to buy the flat.

GoogleWe picked this agency to sell our apartment. During our interaction with the real estate company, we encountered unprofessional conduct from a senior agent. We faced difficulties with the agent's staff, who lacked basic knowledge about our apartment's location within the complex and failed to perform simple tasks such as opening doors. I had requested an agent to visit my flat ahead of the viewing, but unfortunately, the individual arrived at the incorrect building. When we reported different concerns , we received dismissive, and discourteous responses over the phone. Moreover, during the exchange process, when there were delays, our agent did not take any measures to resolve the situation. It was also concerning that our agent did not have up-to-date information about the exchange and was the last to find out, which is not an acceptable situation. Based on our negative and stressful experience with the real estate company, I do not recommend it to others wishing to sell their property. We were fortunate to be involved in a chain and had another estate agent who provided the necessary support and effectively communicated with all parties involved. Finally, I urge the managers of this company to investigate the conduct of their employees, especially the agents who represent their brand. By doing so, they can improve their services, ensure their clients receive the support they deserve and avoid any negative experiences.
Dear Alina, Thank you for your google review. We appreciate all reviews and feedback. For completeness there has been some material facts that have been omitted from your review. There were certainly challenges that came with selling your apartment namely that we and the agent you were buying through had NOT been notified that you had a related sale/purchase. This is information that the entire chain of people moving, and property professionals involved needed to know. By not informing anyone of this we were all faced with an incredibly difficult task to catch up with a chain who were given the impression they were about to exchange, which was clearly not the case. Your buying agent was horrified to find out you were selling last minute and together we had to pacify a three-family chain who were angered by your non-disclosure. To add, your solicitor was not cooperative nor did they provide timely information and it soon became clear why when all was disclosed later down the line. When everyone found out, you became very difficult, and pushy. Our job was a to show your property, negotiate and find you a buyer, at the best price possible. Our team did all that was required and went above and beyond. We managed to keep your buyer motivated despite them being misled by you and encouraged a speedy exchange, all of which allowed the chain to continue. Right now, we deserve thanks and nothing but gratitude. Regardless of your comments, we wish you all the best in your new home. Our sales team are consistently complimented and have been for many years. For anyone that wishes to examine our reviews, they will soon see that our service is far from what has been described.
