Jordan has been excellent in helping me find my first property and really has gone above and beyond! He listened to what I wanted from the property from the start, was very patient and relaxed throughout all the viewings (especially when I was being fussy!) and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He has been professional and efficient in communicating with me and the relevant parties involved throughout the process, which has been smoother and more speedy than I thought it would be! I have met one of the agents Cemal, who was very kind, generous, and helpful while I was signing the contract with the flat. When I had the issue with the entrance key and I got locked inside, Cemal came right a way to help me to open the door. I really appriciated him as I was a little panic at that time. In the last 2 years we had issues with the flat and there were delay in getting service, which some agents weren’t as efficient as we have hoped to be. However, as soon as Chelsea was in charge, it has been amazing towards the end of our tenancy. She was very responsible, quick in replying to our e-mails, and giving us the service that we needed. Great experience from start to finish with a very effective and on the pulse agent Gavin B who kept the lines of communications open during the whole process. Hunters agent had a few properties that matched my wishlist as far as location, newly designed and renovated spaces, finances and more. Once I found the right fit and produced all the documents for the credit and reference checks, the turnaround was quite fast. Very satisfied with the experience with Hunters as a letting agency ahead of move-in.

Armun Peeroozee and Zach Collins went above and beyond to ensure the transition to our new flat was a smooth one. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication we received about where certain things were up to with the process - it helped us feel at ease and assured of each step in the move. Amazing experience. After being messed around by other agencies I arranged a viewing with zack from the lettings team and he showed me two properties and and long story short I moved in a few days later in second property he recommended.
