Worst service I've ever encountered, I rent and my moving day was a complete shambles! Mess everywhere, doors unhinged, broken glass on floor, they had also guesstimated all my meter readings and now I've been stuck with a huge bill from the previous tenants, even though I had given them my meter readings upon moving in. We paid in excess of £4k to move in and this agency did nothing apart from take our money and then ditch us. Terrible customer service and made the moving day hell.

We have rented our Hammersmith property for 4 years with H&G and sold it through them. They have an excellent working knowledge of the area, give great personal attention and customer service. They managed our property well whilst keeping us informed. Would not hesitate to recommend.
