GoogleIf I could give less than 1 star I would. WORST estate agents in the area. Literally never answer any emails. Team of absolute time waster and completely unreliable people.
i have checked all our emails for the last 3 months and cannot find any email, let alone your name. In case your email or signature strip does not contain your name!! let me have the email address you used so that I can check again.

GoogleStaff are nice and professional but not great landlord.
Every client pays for different services unfortunately sometimes its a let only service meaning all responsibility goes to the landlord after the tenant moves in we do try to mediate best we can. We are pleased that you are satisfied with Homefinders

GoogleGenuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a letting agents. They were super cooperative in helping us get our flat, on hand to help with things we needed and provided our deposit back with no fuss. A breath of fresh air from a lot of agents I’ve had bad experiences with :)

GoogleSo far we've been having a great experience with Homefinders. The agent Mo was the one that helped was with everything, making it easy to communicate with our landlady and close the deal before the lockdown started. Thanks to him we moved on the 19th and were able to quarantine more safely and comfortably. 100% would recommend.

GoogleVery very bad agency I don't do any work for your home and they don't give your deposits back very bad I don't advice any one to rent from them.
With all due respect you know that your deposit is £1,375 and you owe £1,010.59 in rent. When you came to the office last week, we printed your full rent statement in case there is a mistake and asked you to go through it and let us now in case we made a mistake. If there is no mistake I am afraid you owe £1,010.59 and we have to deduct it from your deposit.

GoogleI contacted Homefinders for one of my friends who wanted an accommodation in London for 6 months. They wanted to make arrangements before their arrival in order to prevent expensive hotel fees. Homefinders have been very helpful with presenting them with number of properties. Their staff were very professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Well recommended, professional company.

GoogleOverall a good service but I would have appreciated being informed that charges would be deducted from the rent since I had been asking when and how much my fee would be in well in advance of the tenants moving in. This aside, communication with staff at Homefinders and friendliness has been good.

GoogleA warning to any renters/landords: stay away from this agency. Illegal conduct to say the least. We have had completely unacceptable, insulting, and unproffessional experiences with them on multiple occasions. Agents also fail to communicate.
