When we let your flat, landlord wanted to manage it himself so he asked us to find a tenant only. In those cases we do not hold the deposit. Landlord keeps the deposit. Your landlord was quite old, after few months he realised he cannot manage the property (yours and 3 others) and asked us to collect the rent. Just before you moved out he had a mental breakdown and he was in hospital, it was very difficult to communicate with him to convince him that he should return the deposit. We did all we can but was unsuccessful. I am sorry that it led you to the only option of legal action to recover your deposit. But I can say with confidence that we had no fault in handing the deposit to the landlord in the first place and we did all we can to get your deposit back.

Hi, i did check with everyone in our company, you have not been our client at all or we have not dealt with you in any way. Can you please tell me why you gave us 1 star when we have never dealt with you. If it is not another fake review from some of our competitors please tell us the reason and let me put it right.

could you please tell me why you gave us 1 star, what is the complain about. I can see that there was few issues and apart from the initial issues all of them have been done within 2-3 days. The first one about water coming in from the gutter was done late, but landlord wanted to his own contractor and he was on holiday, we could not do much about it. If your complain is different i just called you and sent you text for you to call me.
