We had a few bumps along the way with our move-in, mainly due to delays caused by the building manager not providing access to the electrical system. Despite these challenges, I felt completely supported throughout the process and genuinely in good hands. The team at Homefinders has been consistently responsive, professional, and, most importantly, human - something that sadly feels rare with letting agencies in London these days. A special thank you to Mahnoor Raza, who followed my case for weeks and stayed on top of every detail. She truly listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve them. Asdaq at home finders has been nothing but professional. We have been trying to sell the house for a while as it was in the high end price range. They made special videos for overseas buyers and went all in, trying to get buyers for my house with different sales ideas. Eventually the house sold. If it wasn't for Asdaq and Yasemin putting in all the great work. I think it would be a lot harder to sell the house. Brilliant and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I want to send the biggest shout out to Irem at Homefinders she has been absolutely amazing! She is fantastic at her job! She’s thorough, and she gets back to you in no time at all, and she sticks to a word. I had a broken/blocked toilet and she sent a contractor out in the morning, who was great, but unfortunate unable to resolve the issue. In no time at all, she then sent out more contractors to try and get this toilet fix for me. They were absolutely fantastic too Ossy&Abdi! Before I knew it, my toilet was back working how it used to be. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so impressed with such a fast turnaround service. Well done Homefinders keep it up!! 👍👏 I would also like to make yet another shout out to Staisy Amod after she carried out a quarterly inspection on my flat. I would strongly recommend Homefinders as they are an agent who are down to earth and actually have a heart when it comes to doing business. Staisy was lovely and very understanding when it came to discussing the property. She is definitely a member of staff they should be proud to have on the team. Excellent service from the team at Homefinders. In particular, from Asdaq, Gassan and Yasemin who all assisted with the recent sale of a property. Prior to the property going on the market, Gassan and Yasemin were extremely helpful with the management of the property, getting it vacant and keeping me updated throughout the process. Once the property was vacant, Asdaq took over the process. As the property required substantial work, it was essential that the right buyer was found. In addition, the market conditions were challenging. Nonetheless, Asdaq showed his experience throughout and advised on executing an effective strategy which enabled us to achieve the desired price and identify the right buyer. Furthermore, I was kept fully informed and was in constant communication with Asdaq, who was available to address any queries I had. This often extended beyond conventional working hours. The whole process of getting the property vacant and sold took a year, and I must say that the level of customer service throughout was consistently class. Many thanks to the team at Homefinders for all your help.
