He has expert local knowledge and was highly creative in marketing my flat for sale and generating viewings and offers. He gives fantastic communication by phone and email. GoogleWe recently bought our new home through Homefinders and it was an absolute dream experience. From the very beginning Asdaq was a pleasure to deal with. Always honest and open about the process, great with communication and constantly went out of his way to get us the information we needed. In short, a total gent. We moved in last week and couldn't be happier. Hopefully we're gonna be here for a long time, but if we had to move again tomorrow I'd pick up the phone to Asdaq in a heartbeat. Asdaq at home finders has been nothing but professional. We have been trying to sell the house for a while as it was in the high end price range. They made special videos for overseas buyers and went all in, trying to get buyers for my house with different sales ideas. Eventually the house sold. If it wasn't for Asdaq and Yasemin putting in all the great work. I think it would be a lot harder to sell the house. Brilliant and professional. I will definitely use them again.

GoogleAsdaq has been very accommodating regarding booking viewings. During the viewing he was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable about property. I felt I could trust Asdaq as he made me feel confident regarding the viewing and buying process. I would highly recommend.
Asdaq does show alot of empathy towards buyers and sellers as he understands the concerns each have. We are pleased you felt at ease with Asdaq.

Googlehomefinders will not fix any maintence issues, ongoing plumbing issues left unfixed no matter how much reporting we do. they are extremely unhelpful, have left us without running water and we cannot use kitchen due to biohazards and plumbing issues. we have begged them to help us- we are living in a mould infested house with no sanitary plumbing system and sewage leaking into our kitchen. do not trust them they will not respond to any maintenance even in emergencies.
Hi Colette, Just to update we spoke within 10 minutes of you posting this review on Saturday, the issue reported was just a blocked kitchen sink (property has 2 sinks, one was unaffected and usable). And the issue was reported just the day before. The contractor did attend the same day and got the issue cleared, and I had asked if you can report any remaining issues on our maintenence site, you said you would but nothing is received yet. I have sent reminders, but if there's any trouble reporting them please call me, I can also pop round to the property tomorrow if you are home and help you show how to report issues - if that is the problem! I have been with Homefinders over 20 years now. I have found them to be very honest, reliable and trustworthy. I’m a landlord and I have had a brilliant service from them. In particular gassan has provided a brilliant service and goes over n beyond to help. All the staff are professional and provide a good service. Leena is very helpful too. I would highly recommend them if you are a landlord.
