GoogleDO NOT use this business Sales Manager Narin Isset is a totally unprofessional lair she claims to be a Sales manager then give advice on rentals then when questioned says given facts said oh actually not my area. She poses as the director then when questioned puts the Phone down. I think this is a dodgy business because she got very nervous 😟. I think it’s worth the regulating authorities and Inland Revenue to investigate this business.

Great experience finding a place to live in London! My partner and I left things a bit last minute for our move, but Vincenzo was happy to help. We saw the flat via WhatsApp, quickly completed all the checks online through a platform called Vouch. In a day or two we had our new place! It was a great experience when renting with Holland properties. The process is transparent and quick. We are not bothered at all during the whole tenancy. My advisor Vincenzo is really great and efficient. Without him I may not be able to move in that quickly. One thing could be improved is that the cleaning service recommended by this agency, 'Clean and Steam Service', ghosted me after I book the appointment. I would highly advise Holland Properties to recommend other reliable cleaning services to clients.

This was my first renting through Holland properties in UK after i moved from India. Initially i was struggled to find a property for letting. But one day i found Holland property in right move. When i sent request for viewing immediately i got a call from Anila from Holland properties thats it in 24 hours everything completed including rental agreement etc etc.. and moved in 10 days.. property was very clean and nice.. And after i moved I introduced property manager Elsa Ramsamy.. She is really helpful .. i have raised few concerns and shed actioned immediately..
