GoogleIt's great working with the energetic and committed team at Holland Properties. They're consistently over-delivering in terms of rental achieved for us and our clients. It's so much better working with a boutique, owner-managed firm in the UK when you're an overseas landlord. They're always accessible and ready to give advice or sort out a problem. Thanks Sheldon & team!

GoogleDO NOT use this business Sales Manager Narin Isset is a totally unprofessional lair she claims to be a Sales manager then give advice on rentals then when questioned says given facts said oh actually not my area.
She poses as the director then when questioned puts the Phone down.
I think this is a dodgy business because she got very nervous 😟.
I think it’s worth the regulating authorities and Inland Revenue to investigate this business.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of visiting a property for a viewing, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the property and the service provided. From the moment I arrived, the property manager, Mr Anthony, made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, answer all my questions with patience and providing detailed information about the property. His friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
I had an excellent service as the Manger played a big part in that, and I look forward to potentially making it my new home.

Great experience finding a place to live in London! My partner and I left things a bit last minute for our move, but Vincenzo was happy to help. We saw the flat via WhatsApp, quickly completed all the checks online through a platform called Vouch. In a day or two we had our new place! Very smooth transition, thanks Vincenzo/ Holland Properties :)
