Sharon escalated our case to the trades people and ensured permission was in place for him to attend. Having customer service experience i recognise excellent customer service that Sharon delivered and the various ways including super fast response time, she went above and beyond for a great outcome for the customer.

GoogleWe had a disappointing experience with Ben from this agency regarding a commercial property. Despite consistently following up and showing serious interest, he kept saying he was waiting for a response from the landlord. In the end, he never got back to us at all. This delay caused us to miss other business opportunities. We feel our time was wasted, and the communication was very poor. Would not recommend based on our experience.

We are sorry you found your experience with us disappointing. We have high standards and work hard on behalf of our clients to ensure everyone in the buying, selling and letting chain are satisfied. In this instance, our client was initially unsure whether they were letting the whole or only part of the property. When they made their decision, the property had immediate high interest and was let in a very short space of time. We understand our emails went into junk on both sides. We are always available by telephone, and this is the quickest and easiest way to contact us if you haven’t received an email reply. We hope you haven’t been put off dealing with Hindwoods, we have some interesting properties coming to the market.

GoogleDo not use this agency, I went to meet an agent to view a property for rent. Took time out of my working day, moved meetings around to arrive only 3 minutes late after informing them. No one showed. I called and the lady on the phone was no help either than to say she had left and would not contact me till Monday. Waste of time!

GoogleSaw an agent on the road this morning at 8:20, she should have had more consideration on the rules of the road whilst driving the companys car (Sandhurst Road, Bexleyheath). Small black branded car.
When trying to zoom towards me with my children in the car, instead of slowing down and giving way she came towards me and then realising that she had to reverse, which I thanked her for but she proceeded to shout abuse at me afterwards. Not a great representative of your brand.
