GoogleSaw an agent on the road this morning at 8:20, she should have had more consideration on the rules of the road whilst driving the companys car (Sandhurst Road, Bexleyheath). Small black branded car. When trying to zoom towards me with my children in the car, instead of slowing down and giving way she came towards me and then realising that she had to reverse, which I thanked her for but she proceeded to shout abuse at me afterwards. Not a great representative of your brand.
We can confirm we have discussed the allegation with our employee as we take all reports seriously, however her version and a witnesses version of events seem to differ.

If you are looking at purchasing property and these are the managing the property i recomend you look somewhere else. They are inept and threatening. They do not respond to emails and very rarely answer the phone. They will remove your property from any public areas and charge you for the privilege.

Beyond dreadful. This company took over the management of our property converted into 5 flats 3 years ago. They have papered us with many conflicting "demands" since then without ever actually doing very much. We found our association with them so stressful that we obtained a Right to Manage agreement with the freeholder just to get rid of them. I can’t begin to tell you how horrible every communication we had with this company was. Their tone was invariably bullying and demeaning. We're now trying to extend our leaseholds and Hindwoods are charging us over £7,000 each for "major works ". Needless to say, they haven't done any. Criminal really.

No sure who is resposible for the accounting function of the organisation, but they are horrendous.... I have been emailing them for over a year regarding the same query and not one member of their team responds...

Appalling. The staff are rude, they do not commit to getting repairs done and they seem to stop running whenever a certain member of staff goes on holiday, which is apparently every month.
