Very very poor customer service...Agent did not appear to be working in the interest of the seller.... would not recommend this estate agent. If I could give no stars, I would. Stay far from them.

i disagree with not working for you, we found you a buyer that had mortgage turned down due to condition of property, we convinced buyer into putting a larger deposit down and applying for another mortgage, which we did, we was lucky a mortgage company did a driveby valuation, rather than surveying property so buyer got mortgage granted, but un-fortunately your buyer lost his buyer, so had to try and sell again, he was very apologetic and we even forwarded you an email he wrote. As you are aware the buyer still wants, we cant help buyers, buyer pulling out.

Awful experience with a sale that we unfortunately decided to withdraw from. They were rude, patronising and pushy about concerns that both our lawyer and broker shared. Will never deal with them again

Bias towards landlord! They don't care about tenants, faults in the house are not repaired and they try to blame tenants for them (rented a property which had rat and cockroach infestation and was damping with leakage through the ceiling - they blamed me for them). They do not care about tenants whatsoever as they try to spend as little as possible in actually repairing things in property and they receive their monthly commission from landlords. If you're lucky they might send someone to view it and that's usually after 6 months of constant emails -at the end of the day, nothing is fixed despite paying rent on time each month. I honestly would not recommend renting from them if you want a good standard of living. I'm certainly never renting property from them again.

Very efficient and helpful service from Simon. Unfortunately two purchasers pulled out, but each time one pulled out Simon found another very quickly thereafter and managed to see through a sale in less than 12 weeks for a higher price than when the house was first marketed. They also charged a very reasonable percentage fee.

Excellent service, the staff was so helpful, they couldn’t do anymore for you. They went that extra mile. From viewing the house to taking you all the way to completion they held your hand all the way. Would use them to sell my house the next time I’m ready to move and get a bigger house
