GoogleWe have used the agency for buying and selling our property. We were offered a good agency fee for the sale compared with others. Simon, our agent, has been very helpful throughout the process. A few ups and downs, but nothing major and probably something normal when you are caught in a chain sale and purchase. Overall, good experience working with the agency.

GoogleI asked for the refund of my one week holding deposit and they turned deaf ears. According to them, said said i failed the right to rent due to income when i could prove my job status and savings. I offered to pay 6months up front rent and they rejected my offer. GoogleJust spoke on the phone with one of they agents, and this man was super rude, even turn off the call on me! Called again to cancel the appointment I had. Im not contacting them again. That's not how you speak or deal with a costumer. I don't recomend this company

GoogleAlthough not the first time Simon Raven @ Hi-residential has helped us (we purchased a property through him previously), this is the first time selling through him and he has gone above and beyond his role as agent in helping us get through our recent sale and purchase. He gave us great advice along the way which helped save a lot of hassle and entanglement with a difficult property that was best avoided. Fast forward and we're in a property we're happy with overall. He helped push this process through so we met the stamp duty deadline when we were dealing with particularly difficult solicitors.
