GoogleI have been a tenant with Hi Residential for the past 7 months, and overall, my experience has been very positive. Like any rental property, we did face a few issues initially, such as mice, wood repair works and water leaks. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional support from the team, especially Katie.
Katie has been phenomenal with her responses, every issue we highlighted was either taken care of or responded to extremely quickly. Her communication, efficiency, and reassurance made a huge difference and gave us real peace of mind as tenants.
I would also like to appreciate Simon, who handled the property viewing and finalisation. Even when I popped into the office without prior notice, Simon didn’t disappoint. On my request, he coordinated with the previous tenant and managed to show me the property, which really reflected his professionalism and customer-focused approach.
So far, it has been a smooth experience, and I genuinely hope to continue renting with Hi Residential for the coming years. I would definitely recommend them for their responsiveness, professionalism, and supportive service.

We acquired a chain free property, and the entire process was quick, Simon facilitated communication between us and seller and their solicitors, kept us updated with all developments and responded promptly to any queries we had.
After a long process of viewing various other properties, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone like Simon giving us the space to adequately view the property, and make a decision in our own time. Additionally, he accommodated us with access to the property during the purchase process to revisit certain items and take measurements, and responded to any questions/concerns we had immediately.
Nothing felt biased towards the seller or us, and I have the certainty that Simon acted fairly for both sides involved.
