GoogleI reported to Hi Residential that my boiler had died and I was without heating or hot water. This happened just as this cold weather started! An engineer arrived the next day to carry out a repair but it was not feasible, . The following day I got a phone call to inform me that I was to have a new boiler fitted. Two fitters arrived and installed the boiler and I must say they worked hard and when they left my kitchen was spotless. So a very big thank you to everyone involved at Hi Residential, everyone was polite and helpful and I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleI'm grateful to HI residential, that I was able to purchase my own home through them. Some areas such as Communication can be much improved and although I do appreciate the estate agents' proactiveness in some areas during the whole process, it did add a lot more stress a lot of times and some confusion. To be fair this is most likely from the communication being received from the seller side. All in all I'm grateful and thankful it's over. And to have from a lovely home through you guys!

GoogleUndoubtedly the worst estate agents in the South East and the the poor rating speaks for itself. Halfway through the sale process house was pulled from market. I was abroad and only found out by email. Agent didn’t have the courtesy to call me. Turns out owner had decided to rent the property and not sell and the agent didn’t have the courtesy to inform me of the truth, instead lying the “process was taking too long” Agents lack empathy and I could hear them laugh on the phone through my tears. A throughly disgusting unprofessional bunch.

I understand you want to view a property in Ruxley Road and yes your a cash buyer, but as I mentioned to your wife, the vendor is away at weekends at moment and you can only do weekends you can’t do weekdays, as you don’t live close to the property. As to contacting the vendor direct this is untrue as the property is owned by a personal friend that’s why we are in London and the property is in Stoke-On-Trent, this is not an area we normally cover.
I was disappointed that you would give us a 1star when this is out of our control.

GoogleHad good feeling about this agency when we rented a flat that turned out bad. Our rented property was in last stage balcony full with pigeon dropping and even a nest. We cleaned up and maintain the property for 2 year's. End of our tenancy agency withdraw money from our deposit for every item left behind special for the sticker on the cupboard.
Be careful take pictures before you move in and out for the evidence.

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience after your check out. We have very little control over what is claimed from the deposit after a tenant leaves a property, this is asked for by the landlord. In your case this included cleaning, damage, removal of rubbish left and clearing a blocked toilet. This you disputed and it was sent with evidence to the deposit scheme resolution procedure to make a decision. I regret that the adjudicator found in the landlord’s favour for most of the claim. Again we are sorry you had a bad experience, but it was outside of our control, we only act as an intermediary between you and the landlord.
