FacebookReally poor - still advertising my partners property despite the contract ending and he has not consented it to be still advertised. Very poor service - don't rely on them contacting you back. They told my partner that they don't always read the emails sent to them off their website!!!!

Dear Kristijan, we apologise that we had to use your deposit to instruct cleaners to maintain your property back to the required standards, this is a stipulation of our contract.

FacebookI have contacted them on 4 separate occasions and been promised a call back every time. I haven't received one yet? I would suggest that if you are a landlord with a property to rent go somewhere else.
