Heywoods were efficient and professional when dealing with the sale of our flat in Belsize Park. The company is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and it helped us that having arranged previous sales in the same block of flats they had detailed knowledge of the lease and the amenities. Six weeks ago I posted a letter to this agent and left two phone messages about a property I was interested in buying - they had just sold it subject to contract, so I asked to be kept informed should the situation change. They never responded. I phoned again today because I found it back on the market. They had no recollection of my 3 attempts to contact them. I was given a cursory, insincere apology - frankly I'm stuck now because although I love the house, I don't want to deal with this agent again - ever! Feel sorry for vendor in Keele after my letter indicated I was prepared to offer over asking price.

Wouldn't want to be selling my house through them- it's as if they don't want to sell them! Ask to view a house and it's over a week away, ask if we can do before then and they can't- Maybe move your estate agents into the 21st century and have viewings evenings and Sunday's!

I called this agency as I was interested in a property. I was told they would send me a video viewing. 4 times I called to chase it up as I never received the video viewing. Even gave a different email address on the fourth call. Absolute charlatans, a massive waste of time, effort and space. You'd be better off calling a professional company.
