We recently bought a property for which Heywoods (Angela) were the agents. We only have positive things to say about the experience, with a huge thanks to Angela! We believe Angela handled the process really well, including advising us on how to best iron out issues that stood in the way of completion. Overall, the process was smooth, timely, and we are grateful for Angela's professionalism in ensuring that. In addition we must add that Angela also made herself available for advice on the myriad processes involved in a housing transaction/move, and as first time buyers, we greatly appreciated that. Overall, we believe Angela went over and beyond the call of duty (we were after all buyers) during the process. We will be delighted to have a chance to engage Heywoods/Angela in the future!

Highly recommend the team at heywoods. Charlotte visited us quickly upon request to value the property and I found her knowledge fantastic and she gave me confidence that we would have a great relationship throughout the sales process. I also met with other local agents and online agents but felt very at ease with heywoods process. Also like that it’s no fee to after the sale and no long term contract in case we hadn’t been happy. On agreeing to put it on the marketing wonderful pictures were taken and the board was up as soon as we gave the go ahead. Within hours we had lots of interest and Rachel and Chelsea were fantastic at at keeping us up to date. We were very lucky to have lots of interest in the property and offers and as it was the first time we have put a house on the market the guidance of Chelsea and Rachel on how to proceed was much welcomed. Very helpful and prompt with the whole process. I can’t praise the team enough for making the process so smooth. Thank you

Angela went above and beyond, personally helping orchestrate the process from first visit until move-in day. Her knowledge of Hampstead is unparalleled and we felt like we were in great hands. She took the time to explain everything, was flexible and patient, and provided useful local information. We could also see the great relationship she had built with the sellers. We visited around 45 places with different agencies, and the bespoke attention you get from an independent estate agency really does make a difference. Purchasing a property is very stressful so having someone like that on your side is crucial. We strongly recommend Heywoods and hope to bump into Angela in Belsize Village!

Angela, Darren, Jon and all the team at Heywoods were a big help in finding our investment property in a great location within Primrose Hill. In what proved to be a less than straightforward transaction (no fault of theirs) they were very communicative and transparent in managing or responding to sale, purchase and conveyancing enquiries. The handover from the sales to the leasing team was seamless and efficient. As a result of their great service we have retained them for the management of our property. They brought a lot of knowledge of other transactions to the table which helped set a realistic selling price.
