I’ve had the pleasure of Helliwell’s expertise for about four years now as a landlord and I’ve every intention of keeping my business with them. The team are very impressive, professional, efficient and great communicators. Anna has worked tirelessly to ensure that my property has not remained unoccupied, she is a miracle worker, understanding and friendly.

The whole team were excellent, start to finish - from finding us the property, steering the process through smoothly and being an effective bridge with the vendor. Highly professional and their local knowledge was a definite plus. Thank you guys!

Joshua and Perry did a fantastic job at finding us a great buyer for our property. We were happy that we decided to sell with an independent agent in Ealing, rather than a big corporate agent due to the personalised and professional service received. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I’m not happy with our experience with this agent, and my interaction with the staff certainly gave me the impression of not wanting to do business with them. From concealing information, not knowing the property details, and being quite frankly rude to us, we feel bad for the sellers- their agents are treating buyers terribly and it’s clearly impacting their ability to close a deal. Multiple other agents in the area warned us about this behavior and so I don’t think it’s isolated to us. My advice is to not waste your time with them, and if you do entertain their ill manners, make sure you do your property research carefully.

Helliwell has exceeded my expectations in every possible way! After countless, and frankly useless, experiences with other corporate agents like foxtons and dexters I was close to giving up on my search for a new home in Ealing. The process was smooth and professional, with my requirements clearly valued and understood. Don't think I'll be using another estate agent again. 5 stars!

I've been pleased with how helpful Helliwell and co have been over the last few years. They are always happy to advise or assist and go a step further than other agents. John Gleeson has recently taken over the management of our property and has been great with any issues arising. Always prompt to respond and polite and understanding.

Myself and family recently had our best real estate service-experience to date. We were serviced by Joaquin and we received both genuine and empathetic service. We felt our requirements were addressed and Joaquin really went the extra mile to ensure all parties were happy in a deal.

Very happy with the service and attentiveness of the team at Helliwell. From first meeting till now, nearly 2 years on the service they have provided me has been top notch. I was assigned my own property managerJohn Gleeson who has always been on top of any issues that have arisen in an efficient and professional manner.

I have been using this company's services for around 2 years selling and renting properties and compared to other companies I can only say they're a cut above the rest. Their service is professional and the team are fantastic and always helpful. I always recommend them to anyone that wants to sell or rent.

Excellent service from Josh Helliwell on the fairly recent sale of our house; always quick to respond to queries and all other matters. The vendor IT portal is a big plus and very easy to use. Overall, highly recommended.

Great agent - managed to sell my property and kept the comms efficient throughout the process. The deal didn’t complete in the end due to buyer issues but the agent’s service is the best we have experienced in Ealing.

Highly recommend!

Helliwell have been nothing but fantastic to work with. From the beginning (initial call about a property) to the end (securing the property), they've been honest, responsive, helpful, and very easy to speak to. We feel we're in great hands & recommend Helliwell to anyone who is looking to work with an agency that will look after you. Sukh & Rebecca

Such fantastic customer service. All members of staff I came into contact with were polite and helpful. It didn’t feel like I was part of a sales tactic or commission scheme at any point. I didn’t get inundated with spam emails either, which is a nice bonus!
