GoogleDO NOT rent with them❌ - Irresponsible, deceptive and bipolar attitudes before and after signing the lease. - Hastings also attempted to request additional disputes to deduce our deposit without prior notice but was rejected by the deposit protection scheme. Better luck next time. - Constantly ignores emails from tenants involving lease terms and landlords’ responsibilities, claiming that “they’re only responsible for letting the property and lease terms”

For me Hastings International really stand out from the crowd as the most reliable, professional and competent I have worked with. I would particularly mention Kay Kendall (Renewals Negotiator) and Louise Norris(Property Management) right now for their excellent ongoing support but really there is no one we have dealt with over the last ten years who has not impressed

Throughout this time, it has been a consistently surprising journey, as they always manage to make me feel like they are only working for their own benefit. They charge my account without any prior agreement, fail to provide updates in the statement, and their response time is notably slow. I deeply regret having chosen to work with them.
