Google[Great experience - Olivia was very professional and was available and helpful through the entire process. Class act. ] Sadly, I have updated the review from 5 stars to 2 stars, as Olivia has left and the rest of the Hamptons team have performed very poorly. Non-responsive, and generally very unhelpful. As a tenant, they have acted very underhandedly and at times not in good faith and with a view of facilitating a friendly relationship with b/w landlord and tenant.

GoogleDuring our search we worked with about 20 different agents over 2 months. Many we worked with were pushy, overly enthusiastic and some just downright arrogant and exhausting. Annabel was the last agent we worked with and was quite the opposite. Professional but friendly, and while giving us all the details we wanted for the flat, she also gave us privacy to view and discuss the flat alone. I would highly recommend working with her.

GoogleNegligent, lying and careless! They lied about the noise levels before signing the rental agreement, I specifically asked about the noise during my viewing. 2 weeks later the owner of the building (also my landlord) started construction noise and this wasn’t done on a whim, the letting agents surely knew but chose to ignore i. I issued a council complaint 3 times and recorded the noise and complained to Hamptons countless times. No help. My mental health declined due to lack of sleep due to noise - yes construction going on at night! I took 2 months off from work due to stress and lack of sleep, no help from Hamptons in trying to sort this, they just casually brushed it off, I spent most of my time away from the flat to avoid the loud construction noise - it was that bad. Long story short, the stress from this has had medical consequences and if I have a case to take legal action I certainly will. Additionally, the wardrobe rail collapsed on me, the 25th year old washing machine ruined 2 sets of washing and the shoddy landlord they’ve engaged with refused to offer a refund- even the engineer said he didn’t have the tools to fix such an old machine. The person hamptons hired to fix the wardrobe rail was abusive - police report filed. In short, Hamptons have not only ignored these issues I raised but they actively encouraged bad behaviour from the landlord by not putting a stop to his ridiculous behaviour such as loud construction noise at night! It’s impacted my health and I’m glad I’m not living there anymore. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for treating tenants in this way - in particular the management team for allowing such negligence to take place. Shameful

GoogleColette helped my family and I move into a new home recently. She was highly attentive, professional and knowledgeable about the local area, and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for us including by accommodating multiple viewings and exchanges with the owner. Absolute 5 star service. Come move in day, Adam attended the property to ensure the move went smoothly and we knew how everything functioned. GoogleWe were very fortunate to have Sana Uddin as our last property manager at Hamptons. Living overseas, we have to rely totally on Sana to represent us in managing daily matters regarding the property on our behalf. Some of the problems involved were extremely frustrating. We commend Sana for her professionalism, patience, persistence and prompt follow through in solving these problems for us. Sana would also remind us of potential problems we were not aware of.
