GoogleWe recently bought our a flat through Hamptons in Putney. Both Stewart and Millie were excellent, and everything went very smoothly.
The viewings were simple, they were great during negotiation (which finished quite late on a Friday night), and they were always there to provide advice and information right through to completion.
I would happily use them to buy or sell a property in the future!

GoogleHamptons office in Putney were selling the property I recently purchased. They did everything to help the transaction along, without being pushy or overbearing. Whenever I called, they were immediatley responsive, and Elena, Stuart and Simon were great to deal with and were extreemly helpful. Whilst the process of buying a house is often quite stressful, Hamptons could not have done more to ease the process.

GoogleI've never met so unprofessional agency. I did the check out on 25th November 2018. I got part of the deposit on 17th January after ridiculous, dishonest, unprofessional arguments. Miss communication, late replies, non sense arguments to take 800£ from the deposit and when i informed i was going to raise a dispute with TDS, the landlord suddenly agrees with half of the amount!!! Hamptons Putney NEVER AGAIN!

Thank you for leaving us a review, we take customer service very seriously and appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I have looked into your experience and understand that a deduction from your deposit was proposed to cover the costs the Landlord incurred by fixing items which were Tenants liability, one example being that the professional clean did not meet the same standard as move in. I can see from our system the Landlord provided receipts and quotes to support this financial loss but an agreement was unfortunately not made. Following this, the communication shows that the Landlord lowered his claim to avoid the dispute going to the TDS but you disagreed with the amount proposed, fortunately once the Landlord advised he would be going to the TDS for the full amount of the deposit a mutual agreement was made. It is naturally disappointing for us to receive your feedback and if we have failed to meet your expectations I apologise but I can see from our system that you were supported throughout the deposit negotiations and the process was explained to you in full. I would like to thank you again for allowing us to look into this matter and wish you the very best with your next move.
