Hamptons sold our house in record time. They were prompt to respond, straightforward and efficient right from the start, maintaining good, friendly communications (calls were answered quickly, team members seemed to know what was going on even if they weren't directly working on our sale) and on occasions they went above and beyond to help us resolve ad hoc issues that arose. They liaised well and frequently with our buyer, solicitors and other third parties - this kept things moving along at a good pace, enabling us to complete just before Christmas, a time when things usually stall and drag on into the new year. We'd definitely recommend Hampton's Putney office for service and results.

Mia was the agent when we bought our property in November, and she was brilliant throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, highly knowledgeable, and a genuine source of advice, especially when dealing with difficult solicitors from both sides. This helped to ease a lot of the stress that naturally comes with buying a property for the first time.
