Mia was always on top of how the purchase was going, never pushed us to take a decision and showed us the flat twice - with loads of patience and care. The team was an excellent bridge between us and the seller. All went smooth and we are really grateful for our new home!

She kept us informed at all stages and has acted very professionally. Works that needed doing at the property were organised and completed in good time prior to new tenants moving in.
