What can I say about Mia and Hamptons. Honestly Mia was an absolute delight to work with, she really goes above and beyond for her clients whether your a buyer or selling. My husband and I put an offer on a property elsewhere that was going through probate. Unfortunately it wasn't looking good and we needed somewhere fast. We found our dream property in putney and Mia got us through the door as soon as possible. She talked us through the process and was just truly honest the whole way through. Not only was Mia fab! But Hamptons process from our offer being accepted and completed was so smooth and not stressful. (The ideal dream when moving) I would honestly highly recommend Hamptons and Mia. Thank you so much!

I wanted to express my gratitude to Mia D. at the Putney Office ( and her colleagues) for her outstanding help in finding my new place in East Putney. After searching for a home for about six months, I discovered Hamptons and Mia made the whole process much smoother. What stood out about Mia was her personalized approach. Instead of just asking about my budget, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She presented me with two excellent options that matched my preferences perfectly. Beyond that, Mia went above and beyond. She negotiated on a budget and when there were complications with the lease, she dedicated a lot of time and effort to resolve the issues. She communicated extensively with the developers to ensure everything was sorted. In short, Mia's found me what I needed and delivered it. The worst rental experience I have ever had. The Landlord was uncontactable living in Dubai, and the maintenance team where obstructive in fixing any issues which needed sorting. The property was unsafe to live in - the windows fell out of the window frame, the glass shower panel fell off and my partner fell through a hole in the kitchen floor whilst it was being refurbished. Would avoid renting with Hamptons again at all costs.

This has to be the worst and pushiest estate agency I’ve faced. I enquired on a property and was told it wasn’t pet friendly, yet this individual kept emailing it to me every 3 weeks. Clearly, they don’t care about your requirements and just fire emails to you regardless of what you want. I’ve asked 5 times to be removed from their mailing list, last week I was assured that it had been taken care of. The same individual emailed me once again today, breaching GDPR rules, to send me the same property I had enquired on 2 months ago and was told it wasn’t pet friendly.
